Liked: Good location close to the park and ride. Helpful staff. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Small amount of evening noise. Not too bad.

Liked: Spacious, clean, comfortable; friendly , helpful staff; good bathroom with bath and non-slip bath mat! Copious and healthy breakfasts.Pleasant lounge areas. Optional entry of housekeepers.
Disliked: Lack of shelves/ drawers for storage. We had to drape our clothing over the large sofa! Hangers difficult to use as not detachable from their ‘stalks’.Lighting not efficient - attractive but a central ceiling light is essential.Car access not obvious - had to duck under car-park lever a few times…NO EV points on premises. Peartree has just one point, insufficiently signposted.

Liked: Location to A34 and to park and ride into Oxford very convenient
Disliked: Heating didn’t work in the room and portable heater not very good, had to ask for an extra duvet. Quality of duvet, bedding and towels were poor, very worn. Breakfast had gone cold by the time we had gone down at 8.30 but staff were very friendly and rectified the situation and were lovely .
