Comfortable Stay but Disappointing Check-in...

Liked: I had a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and well-maintained, exactly as I requested during booking. I appreciated that my specific requirements were taken into consideration, which made my stay even more comfortable.The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile.Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, cleanliness, and excellent service.
Disliked: One aspect of our experience was disappointing. After a long drive, my mother and I arrived at the hotel, expecting to be checked in promptly or within a reasonable 5-10 minute wait, as there were people ahead of us. Unfortunately, we were made to wait over 30 minutes because the reception ladies appeared to be engaged in unnecessary flirting with the two gentlemen before us. This felt highly unprofessional, especially considering how exhausted my mother was after the long journey.While I understand that peak check-in times can cause delays, this specific situation could have been handled much more efficiently. Professionalism at the front desk is essential, especially when dealing with tired travelers.Overall, while our stay was comfortable and the hotel met many of our expectations, the check-in experience left a negative impression. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure better service in the future.
