A very enjoyable stay in...

Liked: Warm welcome given by receptionist who provided excellent customer service by checking needs and then managing those needs. Food in the restaurant was very good at breakfast and evening and rooms were spacious and very well presented and comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Very comfortable and convenient

Liked: The room and facilities were very comfortable, and very quiet despite being situated near a main road. Very attentive staff. Only slight complaint would be coffee out of a machine in the morning, and having to pay for parking.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and considerate to all our needs. Rooms were of a high standard and food and service in restaurant. Would definitely stay again.

Manager/staff on Sunday am shift...

Liked: Room size/ upgrade.
Disliked: Informed breakfast would be £6.95 if paid for after invoice payment .On Sunday price was advised as £16.95Wetherspoons/McDonalds both offer products in /around £6-9.This is the base line and IHG must be looking to offer a competitive rate.No explanation provided as to why different rates were offered between different shift members (inconsistent).
