My duvet cover had dirt stains on it so I asked for a new one; got one without a cover which had even darker stains on it. Asked several times after for a clean one (over the phone and at the desk) and never got one. Ended up sleeping with just the sheet but it definitely made me question how clean everything else was.

Liked: Nothing, the treatment was very bad, so we left directly, i don't recommend this hotel to anyone
Disliked: The staff was unfriendly and there was a smell in the lobby so we left directly, i don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Liked: Excellent location! Spacious and cozy room, comfrtable bed , clean hôtel!Close to St- Laurent mall , to downtown.Nice staff, Excellent manager !Thank you.
Disliked: - There is no Conference Room , where we can study or to do work ( work place) so we can"t do any personal call or conference call , ...etc.
