Liked: Everything was nice , but I was charged with $50 more , wasn’t explained to me and it looks like not a warranty or security deposit . I’m still waiting one explanation from Booking or from the hotel side , or waiting for my money back

Affordable comfortable place to stay

Liked: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I slept about 10 hours each night. The grounds were clean and nice. The bar restaurant was very good . The front desk was friendly and helpful. We felt very safe there. The beds were clean. Only minor issue was the shower / bathtub faucet becoming a bit detached from the wall. It worked fine . I was just worried we would be blamed for it. We did not get a chance to try the pool. We would stay there again . It’s a great location if you are into all the theme parks. We did not realize that when booking. We were meeting with family this trip.

Pain in the neck. Stay...

Disliked: The room booked by us was 2 queen bed. What was given to us was 1 queen bed. No one at the property was wiling to help. We were told that is only available room. They mentioned they can't cancel and refund the reservation. So, we, family of 4, had to spend night on a queen bed. Need I say more to highlight the services and accommodations
