Liked: The location is fantastic. Close to the parks and other attractions. Breakfast is OK. It's a little monotonous, with the same on offer each day and not much variety but the quality is reasonable.
Disliked: The reception staff on arrival was incredibly unfriendly and not helpful at all. After a long flight and then a 5 hour drive from Miami, that wasn't the ideal reception and it set the tone. The staff that handled our checkout was lovely though. The temperature control in the room wasn't great, especially the bathroom which was very hot.

Liked: Overnight stay. Room was clean for the most part.
Disliked: I booked the room. I checked in with my ID and credit card. The front desk allowed someone to come down who was not on the room, didn't pay for the room, and wasn't authorized to request a late check out. They charged my card and I had no knowledge of this until I checked my account.
