It was my 5th stay;...

Liked: First of all, the staff; they were helpful every time. We liked the room, too.
Disliked: I felt that the parking lot was not under surveillance, I did not like that

Liked: The location was great. The staff was so friendly & professional. They answered any questions I had & provided whatever services I needed. My room was nice & clean & very comfortable. This was a very good stay.
Disliked: There was nothing about this hotel that I didn't like.

Disliked: noise machine in the passageway, near the room. no bottled water supply.

Provided what we needed for...

Liked: Decent size room and comfortable bed. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Pretty noisy. The hotel was busy as was the holiday season. But was not much sound proofing from people in corridors .
