Liked: The air conditioner was not cooling the room off. The room was warm and smelled wet. I set the AC to 70 before we left the room at 6. When we came back at 10 the room was still warm. We called the front desk and they said they would send an engineer but because it was so late they offered us a box fan. I fell asleep waiting for housekeeping to bring us a fan and woke up in sweats after noticing the room was still warm. I mentioned it to the front desk after checkout and they only apologized. We only stayed one night so I didn’t make a fuss but I did let them know they never brought the fan and that the room needs to be checked for the AC.

Next to Disney Springs and...

Liked: Excellent location, 5 minutes walking from Disney Springs, with comfortable room with clean and good bathroom. They have free transport to Disney Parks and also have Early Entry, which allow the guests to enter Disney parks rides 30 minutes earlier than the rest of the people (it makes A LOT of difference, allowing enjoy the main rides without big lines).They always give 2 bottles of water per day, and they have a coffee machine in the room, with 2 capsules available per day (1 regular and 1 decaf).The hotel have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer ($4 to wash, $4 to dry, 2$ for the soap), 1 huge pool, 1 big hot tub, a first-aid vending machine, a restaurant bar (guest earn 1 free drink).I had a good time at this hotel and I totally recommend it.
