Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The refrigerator didn’t work, the bathrooms were dirty and had hair everywhere, and the room smelled like dirty feet. There were no towels at the pool, and I had to ask 3 different people to get one for my daughter.

Great balue base for parks

Liked: Close walk to Disney Springs. Free bus to parks (although does other pick ups)Good value. Free parking. Good size room
Disliked: Not much nearby except Disney springs. Slightly dated layout but well maintained.

Disappointed

Liked: We had to switch rooms due to loud banging noise coming from AC Unit… very big inconvenience & should have been compensated more for the inconvenience … we were there for only 4 nights.

Good location but not worth...

Liked: The location is walking distance to Disney Springs. The hotel and rooms were clean. The free welcome cocktails were nice. The pool are also looked nice but I did not use the pool.
Disliked: Our check in time was 4:00pm and our room was not ready. I was told the room had to be inspected. At 4:30, I went back to the lobby they said my room was still not ready but they could give me a different room. The beds were uncomfortable and the water in the shower did not get hot, just lukewarm. They charge $25.00 a night for self parking and an additional resort fee of $39.00. There is no free breakfast either. Next time, I will be staying at a different nearby hotel.
