Superb

All in all the kids...

Liked: Pool
Disliked: Had to pay for parking in the lot Had to pay for breakfast.

Decent place, could be cleaner...

Liked: The water park was fun for the kids
Disliked: The room was not as clean as it could be, especially the bathroom. Everytime you flush the toilet a loud ringing noise that sounds like a train whistle happens for about 30 seconds

Liked: The room was spacious. The staff were very nice.
Disliked: The waterpark was the main reason for choosing this hotel. However we were not told when we checked in that the water heat was out and the water was freezing.It was 12 degrees outside, and the slide is half out of the building. Then, to top it off, the room heater stopped heating during the night. Nothing could be done at 3am but get blankets, or wake everyone up, pack and change rooms. With all this said I would stay here again as I think our problems were all to chance that night.
