Liked: There was really nothing we liked about the hotel it was a really bad experience for the whole family.
Disliked: Our room the window was broke and missing the safety part so it would open all the way and we had three kids and there was no screen, the bath tub had mold in it, the ice machine had trash in it, you had to pay to park at a hotel that you already paid for, also you couldn't find any parking so we had to pay and park at a fellow hotel and hike it to ours. We also had to pay for breakfast that was included with our stay, there was only one working elevator all weekend so sometimes we were waiting for over a half hour or more to get to our room or downstairs, over all it was a horrible stay and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The water park isn't even a decent water park, the water was gross. It really ruined our family vacation.

Nice for a quick overnight

Liked: We found the hotel to be clean and welcoming. Front desk staff was efficient. We enjoyed the pool area, which was clean with appropriate water temperature for the pool and hot tub. Our boys really liked the water slide. We also enjoyed eating dinner at the attached restaurant and got frozen yogurt at the attached store, which was extremely convenient.
Disliked: Parking fees and breakfast are not included in the cost. No lifeguard on duty for the large water play area. We stayed on a Thursday evening so there were only a few groups swimming, but with larger crowds this area could have been much more dangerous if not appropriately monitored.

Expensive for so-so quality.

Liked: I liked that it had a water park for the kids to play at. The beds are comfortable!
Disliked: Based on the photos for the deluxe 2 king suites I assumed all had a sleeper sofa too which wasn't the case. It wasn't a huge problem so we didn't ask about that. The floors in the rooms were not very clean, after showers we used a towel to wipe the water off the floor and they were very dirty.The front desk staff were pleasant enough, but not very friendly. We only had 2 towels in our room for our family of 5 so I asked for more towels and they only gave me two even when I said we needed more for our family. I feel the cost of the hotel is way more than it should be with the way the facility was run, at least on our stay unfortunately.
