Very comfortable stay with blue...

Liked: Our stay was super comfortable. Great location, with blue line just 5/7 min away. Very helpful to have shuttle bus included.
Disliked: Shuttle bus does not come to the international terminal unless you call in advance. The trouble is quite often international travellers don’t have working phone line and you can’t message/call using Internet (via WhatsApp for example). We wasted nearly two hours waiting for the shuttle because no one responded to our messages. If we knew this earlier we would have just used the train.

Disliked: Closeness to the blue line train easy access to get to downtown Chicago, travel anywhere on a $5 day pass.

Disliked: Room had a strong urine odor. The shower was very hard to operate. A plus was the size of the room and bathroom. There was a door to the room next to us.
