When I walked in lobby...

Liked: The lady in the front was very helpful and nice!! Seemed like she was by herself, she was very busy but did her best to attend all her needs.
Disliked: We found someone eyelashes, by the fridge. There was a used cup in the back of the bed. There was also a stain on the comforter. We didn’t let the front staff know because one it was late and two, I know she was really busy working by herself (we had already called her to get some body soap and towels). Also, when my son was showering he had opened the curtain to the shower and quite a bit of water came out. I called the front office and they said room service would come out. We saw someone passing by and I asked her if there was a mop or something that we could use to mop up the floor because of the water. She said she would be back and never came back. I just ended up cleaning it with the towels. And last but not least we paid extra for breakfast included and come to find out you guys don’t do breakfast on Sundays. We were lucky to have a nice front lady and nice cook that fixed up something quick.
