Liked: Excellent staff, suitable for a high-end hotel.Everything you need is available.Breakfast is plentiful.Not far from the city centre, but you need a car or order a taxi ( no Uber in Norwich).Lovely area around

Liked: Everything was great: from the staff to the breakfast ending with the fabulous swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi...The only issue was the air—or lack of air—in room 315. It was horrible. Whether the window was open or closed, or the AC was on (which didn’t help much), it was hard to breathe and sleep. I even had an asthma attack for the first time in a very long time on the second night. Heater was off all the time and it didn't help either.If it wasn’t for that, I would rate it 10/10. However, I hardly slept due to the lack of fresh air.
