Liked: Clean comfortable room with WiFi accessible throughout the premises once I had the code from reception. Staff were very pleasant and ensured that any requests were dealt with, I had a problem with the receipt for dinner not coming through to my email, as had others, and this was dealt with efficiently by a member of staff who kept checking to see it had come through.
Disliked: Nothing particular to note.

Liked: New ground floor area is nice, staff were nice.
Disliked: Bathroom had rust and black marks on silicone, parts of the shower were missing, no fridge in room. Vent covers on window were missing. Not great value for money when compared to other options in Norwich. One elevator smelled of smoke.

Liked: Room was spotless as was the bathroom. The double beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the rooms. Parking facilities right outside the hotel. Plenty of choice for breakfast including plenty of fresh fruit.
