Disappointing, despite the best efforts...

Liked: The air conditioner in our room automatically switched off after about an hour: the fan kept running but no cold air. This resulted in three nights of disturbed sleep. I complained about it and the girl came up and looked at it but was unable to help as there were no maintenance people in the hotel. We usually stay at Premier Inns: that’s what we’ll do in future.

Liked: Excellent location - we were attending an event at the stadium. Good breakfast.
Disliked: Extra for parking but we knew that in advance so not a problem.

Great stay in Norwich

Liked: Pleasant, helpful & efficient staff. Comfy, spacious room. Scrummy breakfast. Fab location! Easy parking.
Disliked: Sausages at breakfast... that's all!
