Liked: The staff were amazing! Hotel was clean throughout. Great facilities and the breakfast tasted great and there was loads of choice with omelettes and poached eggs made to order. £6-8 for an Uber in to town which I would recommend over a taxi.
Disliked: Nothing. It was all great.

Liked: Great location for us. Surprisingly quiet.
Disliked: Could do with a bigger coffee machine in the dining room when busy.

Liked: Very welcoming and helpful team. Good quiet location and ease of parking. Spacious room, quality TV, and shower.Good selection for breakfast.
Disliked: Damp smell in corridors and room.Shower tray leaked ++ and evidence of previous water damage to walls.Very firm mattress and duvet too small for cover - barely stretched to the size of mattress Regularly stay at a nearby Travelodge, which is normally cheaper, but grabbed a deal at Holiday Inn and would only stay again if a cheap deal comes up.

Liked: Lovely check in lady weds 16 th night Breakfast ladies Maria ? And Rita both very kind as my mother and I have disabilities walking . Food was nice ,tea excellent .room very clean only fault no “normal “ bbc itv . If so couldn’t find them . Room service chap 16th night smashing young man . Have family in hotel industry so know what hard work it is , the staff named are a credit and I hope they are recognised as such . Better signage needed at the entrance as holiday inn does not jump out at you on such a busy road . Beds lovely and pillows . Will stay at this location again
