Liked: As regular visitor we were made to feel as comfortable as always by the wonderful team.

Comfortable clean stay

Liked: Room was decent in size two double beds was excellent shower was good power n hot .
Disliked: Water was off for 3 and a half hours and was being repaired when we arrived .

Disliked: I'm afraid I was very disappointed, the room was dirty it had a dirty fork on the carpet under the heater and some sort of sauce which had been flick on the wall, the reception area had a diffuser which made me cough for about 2 hours after we arrived, the air conditioning didn't seem to work so the room was far to hot so I couldn't sleep, couldn't have a quiet breakfast on a Sunday morning as there seemed to be a church service which was loud lots of clapping and screaming

Disliked: The reception kept on hounding me on the phone about a check which they are assured me a late checkout only to be disturbed continously by room service and several phone call from.the reception.I expressed my displeasure and disappointment for poor communication and service.

Liked: Eisha on Reception was lovely and coped well with what seemed to be a stressful day.
Disliked: No hot water when we first arrived - fixed but shower was lukewarm; first room allocated smelt awful (mouldy/damp) so asked to be relocated which was done. Breakfast selection poor; had to send one meal back at dinner your as fish overcooked
