Attention to detail needed in...

Liked: Comfortable bed, quiet location next to the M1. Late arrival was no problem.
Disliked: The bathroom was definitely not inviting at all. The edge of the bathroom door towards the floor was in a terrible state due to the dampness of the room. The toilet seat and lid were in a bad shape, I even wondered at first if they hadn't been properly cleaned but it was just stained. The rest of the bathroom was fine. What a pity! On a positive note, the receptionist took note of our feedback in a very professional way.
