At first our experience was fine but upon going to our room the room and hallway had an odor. We had trouble accessing the Wi-Fi and realized the wrong name had been used for the room. One of us was locked out of the room in the middle of the night because the key quit working and because his name was not on the check in - only listed four guests instead of all the names - he was not given a new key. The staff tried calling the room but the phone did not ring so he was locked out for two hours and feared he was going to be removed from the property. We finally heard our cell phone vibrating and let him in. Upon telling the desk the next morning all we got was a half apology. We also did not realize breakfast was not included.

Liked: The beds were comfortable; the kitchen staff was amazing. The pool was nice and cleaning staff did a good job.
Disliked: Our room and the hallway smelled bad and the overnight employees were not helpful.

Disliked: Room was not what I was expecting! The booking picture was not the room we got. I asked and was told the picture was not the correct one for booking and price. The regular king room is much nicer than the suite! To much to list that was wrong with this hotel!

Perfect, clean, safe, inviting!

Liked: The hotel was nice, clean, and smelled great! The staff was inviting and super helpful. I’d like to give an extra thanks to the bartender, she was working by herself cooking and tending bar that night vans she did an excellent job taking care of us and getting our dinner . We loved everyone and everything about our stay! It was an excellent, safe location to stay with my kiddos. We will be back !
