Liked: The staff are welcoming, the hotel is clean, the room is attractive and comfortable, the hotel is in a good location, and their restaurant has amazing staff and food.
Disliked: Nothing.

Would stay here again.

Liked: Location was great! Close to everything. Was expecting a continental breakfast, but we were able to order from the restaurant menu.
Disliked: We were on the 2nd floor and had a view of the rooftop. OJ was not included with breakfast, had to pay extra.

Liked: Staff was so friendly
Disliked: no room service menu. None of the buttons on the phone worked, couldn't get ahold of room service. After 15 minutes of pushing all buttons i somehow connected with the front desk who told me to push 171 for room service, which was NOT written anywhere.

Liked: It was clean. Staff was good. Love the balcony fairly Central. Cleaning staff Awesome! (6thfloor).
Disliked: No sweet treat in the fridge. If it's on the welcoming letter, it should be there. This was mentioned at the front desk when we were leaving and they just chuckled it off. There was no menu for room service. Also mention to the front desk there should be instructions how to run the steam shower. If a young child or younger child is there and they start it and the parents aren't paying attention ,could be a lawsuit. They'll get burned bad.
