Nice location but would not...

Liked: It’s in a good location. Easily accessible. Parking is good.
Disliked: The lobby was not clean and well kept. There was visible dirt on the rugs and chairs in the lobby. Rooms were not clean hair from previous guests all over floor, bathroom and shower. My reservation was not also not sent over to the location properly. I requested/booked a standard king room but upon arrival was given a double queen. The agent at the front desk did not confirm and just issued a key, so my husband and I were surprised to see two queen beds when we walked in. I went back downstairs to have it changed only to be told they were sold out of king rooms, that my reservation had been booked as double queens. I showed her my confirmation and with no empathy, customer experience concern or care, almost a bit dismissively, she simply said she didn’t change anything, the reservation came over as 2 double queens and they were sold out of king rooms. Will not use this site, nor book that location for reservations again.
