A great hotel for the Newcastle City Hall close by and easy to find - only takes 14 minutes to walk at a steady pace.

Liked: The room was brilliant and hotel staff really helpful.
Disliked: The mini bar was a bit expensive.

Good place to stay in...

Liked: Firm mattress. Room was not too warm - just the right temperature for sleeping. Very little noise from communal areas, adjacent rooms. Metro station very close. Area felt safe. Plenty of towels and pillows
Disliked: Wi Fi was pretty awful. Extractor in the bathroom didn't seem to do much. Water temperature in the shower was variable. Draught where the window didn't sit snugly against the frame when closed. Restaurant closed shortly after 9pm. Breakfast was ok, nicer bread and baked goods would have been welcome
