A great hotel for the Newcastle City Hall close by and easy to find - only takes 14 minutes to walk at a steady pace.

Liked: The room was brilliant and hotel staff really helpful.
Disliked: The mini bar was a bit expensive.

Lovely staff but poor sleep

Liked: The staff are wonderful and the hotel is lovely however the rooms back onto a carpark/large air conditioning unit for the hotel which is extremely noisy. It was very difficult to get to sleep so the staff kindly moved me into another room. It was only slightly better so they had earplugs for me. Very noisy and distracting before an important day. The walls are also thin/resident quite loud so we could hear all the conversations in the next room.

First class in all areas....

Liked: Very pleased to have the facilities Accommodation 91. First class staff on Reception, Having stayed at the Hotel in September 2023-Great North Run and Dinner in 2024 it was good to return and enjoy my stay.
Disliked: No problems at all.

Liked: Had a front facing room which was very noisy. Knackered in the morning due to not a lot of sleep
