A great hotel for the Newcastle City Hall close by and easy to find - only takes 14 minutes to walk at a steady pace.

Disliked: hotel rooms are a bit dated and in need of work. toilet flush wasnt fitted properly and they had to come out and fix but just did same again so just left it like that and told them when we checked out. wood round the sink was all warped from the dampnessin general though was clean and tidy just needs a refurb
