A great hotel for the Newcastle City Hall close by and easy to find - only takes 14 minutes to walk at a steady pace.

Liked: The room was brilliant and hotel staff really helpful.
Disliked: The mini bar was a bit expensive.

Excellent Hotel ideally situated

Liked: Staff were very helpful and friendly, evening meal was good and breakfast exceptional. Rooms were clean and warm. Excellent location for Freeman Hospital and Eldon square.

Liked: The young gentleman on the front desk was excellent on arrival and also the following evening, especially when we wanted to watch the rugby. He was very helpful and polite.
Disliked: There was a corporate event with a loud disco which you could hear quite loudly in our rooms. Fortunately we weren’t in all evening so got the tail end of the event, however had to wait for midnight for the music to stop.
