Liked: Breakfast options were very poor. You need to offer a low calorie continental option at a price less than £16. We left the hotel and went to the Greggs store on site and had a hot porridge a Sausage cob and 2 bowls of fruit for £6!!!!!!

Liked: The Staff , especially on the front reception and the bar were exceptional. So friendly and warm . We loved our stay and will definitely be back. The football table and the pool for the kids were a fantastic extra . Room was spacious and clean . Couldn't fault a thing.... if I was to be really picky I was slightly miffed when there was no soap in any of the showers in the spa. I did tell the man on the desk but was the same the next day .
Disliked: ..... no soap in the spa

Liked: Stayed here a few times now. Easy with kids. Comfy beds and good restaurant.
Disliked: Pool had closed by the time we arrived, my son was looking forward to using the pool so we got up early the next morning to use it instead.No pancakes at breakfast.

Disliked: Our room was on a very long corridor with only one access route. Noisy aircon.
