Pleasant

Liked: Shuttle bus driver was not friendly.

Considering it was only for...

Liked: Shuttle was very handy HOWEVER on the email i received it just said Airport pickup was at P4. We went up to P4 but then was told that one had to take the monorail to P4 Hotel Transfers. This was not clear at all in the email i received. You should state Take Monorail to P4 Hotel Shuttle Pickup area.
Disliked: When checking out at around 6.30 ish the desk clerk was not too helpful at all. She seemed more interested in chatting to her friend, than paying full attention to the customer. She also said she could not access the computer at all, as i had requested a receipt. You really should look into this situation.

Add microwave to your rooms

Disliked: The bed mattress was very uncomfortable..and most of all.why there was no microwave in the rooms... coffee machine.but no microwave?

Disliked: You must listen to this: at the Airtrain stop P4 for airport shuttle there is no sign for Holiday Inn International. There is only Holiday Inn express. We got on that shuttle after a long day of traveling and ended up at the wrong hotel. It cost $25 for an Uber and an extra 30 min to get to the right hotel. It was a tremendous inconvenience for our family and an unanticipated and unwelcome expense. If the sign had differentiated between the two different destinations I do not think we would have gotten on the wrong shuttle.

Comfy and convenient

Liked: Excellent choice for a stopover in Newark. The shuttle bus got us quickly from/to EWK, the room was clean, the staff was pleasant (front desk gave us a complimentary children's breakfast - much appreciated!).
Disliked: Noise travels through the vent system from one suite to the next. I was woken up in the early morning by the 'neighbor' arguing in the next room over.
