Liked: The property was sufficient to access airport.Entering & exiting with a car was troublesome as the both was “broke” didn’t get a ticket so was delayed exiting.Bathroom tub had not been cleaned - sandy dirty - long hair remaining on the sides and in the tub. Stains on carpet. We were all concerned about bed bugs.

Comfortable clean space.

Liked: It is very clean and nicely decorated. Staff are really friendly.
Disliked: Nothing much, but the tub had stains. But I could tell it’s clean honestly that’s just me being picky. This place was great.

Horrible and torturous...

Disliked: Horrible and tortourous... We stayed in room no 145 on 27th Dec 2024. At midnight, the heater stopped working. When we brought this to the front desk, there was no solution as the technician was unavailable until 10:30 AM. There was no effort to sort out the issue.We kept hair dryer running for the heat to beat zero temperature.There was no technician to attend until 11:00 AM and with various call, one guy visited and said that this cannot be rectified.My stay in this hotel was the worst experience of my entire trip.
