Disliked: the $50 deposit is never returned, the hotel owes me $50 from the penultimate stay and another $50 from the last stay, they say they will return the money to my account but the money never comes back

Liked: I liked having a place to be able to buy food. The bar had good salad and the bar host gave exceptional service and was a good asset for your hotel. The shuttle service was very helpful . The hotel gave information to meet the shuttle at p4, next time give extra information about air train from airport to the various stops . Since I am not from your area it would be most helpful to get this information.
Disliked: I had a man come into my room at 7:30 pm on my last night. He said he had been given my room , 203. I don’t think the hotel would double book a room . I think he was going to rob my room but since I was there he left immediately. Probably have better security especially for solo travelers. I also think the breakfast had an issue. Some guests that are given one voucher and have two guests from that room , in this case the man was making a scene. It was embarrassing and we guests in the buffet area were willing to pay for the wife to help have peace and quiet.
