From out of state and not knowing how big New York is the staff was very good at getting me to where I needed to be when I needed to be there, as well as doing some extra fun stuff. I definitely appreciate how well versed the staff is and would certainly recommend it to anyone else.

Disappointed at best

Liked: I wasn’t aware the restaurant was under construction and the breakfast selection as a result was empty each day of my stay. The tv channels did not work properly either. Overall…not a great experience
Disliked: I asked for complimentary toothpaste as the sign in the bathroom said was available but the desk attendant said there was none to give me.

Friendly Staff & Great Location

Liked: The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was spacious for NYC, the location was perfect for where we wanted to be & so close to the MTA.
Disliked: The carpet in the room was a little worn & could use replacing.

Overall very satisfied

Liked: Very friendly staff and a great selection of mini breakfast
Disliked: Overall maintenance: bathroom sink and floors were a little worn down and even after room service we still found some garbage under the desk
