From out of state and not knowing how big New York is the staff was very good at getting me to where I needed to be when I needed to be there, as well as doing some extra fun stuff. I definitely appreciate how well versed the staff is and would certainly recommend it to anyone else.

Liked: It was warm, and cozy
Disliked: We asked for towels one time, and the guy didn’t look like he could provide us any, which is fine but he could of take my room number and bring some when he has time

Liked: It exceeded my expectations. Although breakfast was not included, they offered coffee, yoghurt and pastries among others for free between 7:00 am and 9:00 am, but also there is a Dunkin' Donnuts where you can buy sandwiches right next door. Convenience stores are also very close. Pizza and tacos that close after midnight just a block away. They let me leave my luggage with them for a couple of hours after the check-out. The details say there is a safe deposit in the reception but there was one there in my room. The personnel is very kind. Also, there was a nice chair and desk if needed. The heating worked great, hot water with good pressure all the day, the room was very clean, I had supplies all the time, very quiet in the inside, everything was perfect and the location is just incredible!
