Liked: Very nice and helpful staff, top location close to Times Square and Broadway theaters, small, but cosy rooms, comfortable beds, view was amazing

Disliked: 2 elevators. The cleaning staff didn’t have a service elevator in which made it terrible to get to and from your room. Also we had to reset our room keys several times during our stay. We were on the top floor which took a while to get to and find out you can’t get in because your key doesn’t work. Try to call them and they tell you to come down to get reset. Very disappointed
