Liked: Didn’t stay long but very convenient location for the airport, spacious room with big beds, decent breakfast, free parking

Liked: I did not get to try the breakfast as I left at 5:15 am to catch my flight to Miami.It did smell really good!
Disliked: Maybe some takeout breakfast for those leaving to catch early flights.

Liked: Clean facility. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Great location.
Disliked: I assumed since the rooms were more expensive than a Holiday Inn express and breakfast wasn't "included" it would be better than the "free" breakfast we usually get at Holiday Inn Express. The Breakfast cost $10 and was worse than the usual "included" breakfast and had a lot fewer options. Totally not worth it. We felt ripped off. Even if it were "included" it was still the worst holiday Inn breakfast yet. Our door keys wouldn't work consistently. I got locked out of the building once. My clothes got locked in the laundry room. I was locked out of my room 4 times. My wife was locked out of the room 3 times. They had to reprogram the keys 8 or 9 times. The only thing in my pocket was the room key so it was not a wallet or phone or ANYTHING "erasing" them. My daughters shower wouldn't drain in her room. I oddly had only cold water for the 1st half of my shower. No coffee in the lobby at 7am.Batteries in the TV remote died. Lots of frustrating things about this stay. And I (used to) almost exclusively choose Holiday Inn.
