Disappointing

Liked: The breakfast was wonderful, and the lobby and restaurant/ sitting area were nicely decorated for Christmas.
Disliked: Upon arriving, our first room was very cold. We turned the heater up and curled up in bed only to wake up an hour later and the room was still freezing cold. The front desk was able to quickly change our room although, seemed a bit annoyed. The second room, my daughter and I walked into and the beds were not made and there was dog hair all over the room. We switched rooms once again and the third switch was fine. Although, once we took showers, I noticed that the shower had not been properly cleaned as my daughter and I could both feel the grittiness under our feet. There were still pretzel pieces on the floor by the headboard and a beer cap on the floor by the mini fridge. My daughter and I used the pool and there were no pool towels left, but the lady at the front desk was able to get us some clean ones rather quickly. However, there was globs of hair floating around in the pool. We used the skimmer, but continued to find clumps of hair floating around, so we decided to end our pool time. I have stayed at this hotel previously and did not have these problems, but was highly disappointed during this stay.

Liked: The bedroom appeared clean and smelled good! The pool was excellent!!!
Disliked: The bathroom floors had some hair on them when we came and didn't appear really clean.

Great option!

Liked: The service is top notch. The food was decent. The room was nice, clean and comfortable! I was able to adjust the temperature myself.
Disliked: The hot tub wasn't very hot and was dirty. The booking.com website said my check out was 12 noon but the hotel said it was 11am.

Liked: Location was a bit sketchy but was OK. The entrance and exits from the property were difficult to navigate, especially at night. Maybe more lighting would be necessary. The little town of Morgantown is very charming
Disliked: Upon looking at the air conditioning unit in the room with my flashlight, I could see a great deal of dust built up on the filters. I took the cover off of the unit only to find ALL filters were completely coated with dust to the point of very little, if any, air allowed to flow through into the room. In my professional opinion, this was a danger to the guests that needs to be addressed. Our room couldn’t be the only such room
