Liked: Staff was awesome. Always friendly, professional, helpful and patient with an American fumbling with Spanish.
Disliked: Food in the restaurant was at best mediocre. Everything was bland and way overcooked. The entire time we were there, the second floor was being worked on, there was dust everywhere, and the entire place smelled like strong industrial chemicals inside.

Disliked: Low in staff for breakfast are and there was an event with loud noice early in the morning in the lobby and you could hear it in the room while we were trying to rest.

Liked: Loved the hot buffet breakfast and the location was excellent
Disliked: The rooms needed repair, there was mold in the bathroom. Ice machine wasn't working during our stay. Front desk didn't answer.

Liked: I liked one of the workers who took the extra mile to make our weekend special. I forgot to get his name, but he would help outside or with the bell carts. Also, shoutout to the girl chef, making the specialty breakfast requests! She was awesome.
Disliked: The hotel was always hot in the room and the lobby.
