The hotel was not clean....

Liked: The hotel was very very dirty. The shower/tub, the doors, the A/C unit. Everything was filthy. Had to end up staying somewhere else. Would have liked a refund.

Liked: The hotel was not sufficiently staffed.Too many things were broken or just did not work.

Disliked: Room clean up wasn't good. Only 1 room cleanup all week, the other days we had to ask for more towels and we had to hand out our garbage to staff outside the door.
