Ok, not great

Liked: The location was four minutes from the soccer field we were playing at
Disliked: There wasn’t a breakfast included. It cost an extra $16 a person! It was a very basic hotel buffet breakfast. I was expecting an actual restaurant quality breakfast for that price!

Very poor

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, etc.
Disliked: I do NOT understand why I was charged $50 MORE than the rate quoted to me on Booking.com. This makes me either NOT want to book with Hilton any more OR be much more wary of booking through Booking.com.

Should've chosen a different hotel.

Liked: Had a riverview room, was near the hospital we were visiting.
Disliked: We were supposed to get breakfast in the restaurant but the cook didn't show up so they provided toast and cold cereal. The elevator broke, and the hot tub was out of commission.

The staff is always friendly....

Liked: Convenient to where I needed to go
Disliked: The last two times I’ve stayed at this property there have been ants in my room. The bathroom light was out. And it’s a little run down
