I would definitely stay again and would recommend the room; staff were friendly and breakfast was good!

Disliked: The bathroom - the bath looked dirty although the bathroom was visibly clean.

Liked: Ideal for what we needed, friendly home away from home. Staff were really friendly and went out of their way to ensure the facility met our needs.
Disliked: The swimming pool, this area was unorganised. The kids were disappointed as they got ready to swim only to have to wait ages. This area seemed unorganised. Asked for towels and they were supplied but one was dirty. Brought it to the attention of the staff who stated it was fine as they could use it to mop the floor. I expected to get an apology.

Gave us the best of the best.Karen at the breakfast counter is a phenomenal person, more of a friend now and look forward to seeing her again.Bow, who works in the evening was an excellent person who served us dinner and drinks.Great memorable stay and look forward to visting this place often during my corporate travels.
