I would definitely stay again and would recommend the room; staff were friendly and breakfast was good!

Liked: The staff were friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom - the bath looked dirty although the bathroom was visibly clean.

Comfortable, relaxing and everything we...

Liked: Very comfortable room and quiet. Excellent, friendly customer service. Lovely pool.
Disliked: Couldn’t book into Marco Pierre White’s online with 20% discount, yet when we checked it was empty. We could have booked while standing present but not the point. Sofa bed was a little bit hard and flimsy.

Overall lovely stay

Liked: Lovely hotel. Drinks were great price and room was extremely clean. Nice touch with the essential items you can ring the reception for.
Disliked: £15 for parking was a but expensive.

I Had a Great night...

Liked: We were checked in by Bruno.He was extremely courteous and helpful.The Marco' restaurant was a great experience, certainly not the run of the mill hotel restaurant.
Disliked: The bath / shower curtain was 'tatty', but didn't affect its use.
