Disliked: Not nice. Very bad towels, linen, everything.Room not same as the pictures, no hot water. Terrible experience.

won't stay there again except...

Liked: next to tram stop line 2 very convenient could reach the centre in 15 minutes
Disliked: Air conditioning was switched off by the hotel their explanation was ' it is not the season we will turn it on in May.' the room was stiflingly hot, we opened the windows but the traffic noise made it very difficult to sleep. The tram service which runs both sides of the hotel whilst convenient (it runs from 4am in the morning until 2am the following morning) was also very noisy. All would have been fine if we had been able to close the window and use air conditioning. the 4 other hotels that we stayed at in our Tripp ALL had air conditioning operating,Bolgna,Florence,Paris

Liked: Hotel is clean but likely old. It is showing a central. Employees are polite. The room is cold.
