Disliked: We were initially given a room that was dirty and unkempt (honest mistake) . It also stinked. Toilet was broken. My flight was delayed so a clean hotel to welcome my family would’ve been nice. Due to us arriving at 3am i didnt even bother looking for another place else i wouldve just demanded a refund. We didnt even sleep because we just felt aweful due to the first room. It mightve been an honest mistake but it couldve been avoided. The employee was nice and apologetic but management needs to step up and hire better cleaners.

Great overall

Liked: Rooms are pretty spacious and I had a good view.
Disliked: Shuttle service from airport to the hotel could improve a little in terms of availability. We had to wait almost 2 hrs on both occasions for the shuttle to arrive, but getting to the airport from the hotel was pretty ok.
