Passable

Liked: The staff was very friendly and pleasant. I like this location it works very well for me. Close to the airport and to my family.
Disliked: The room was absolutely filthy. The carpet is disgusting filthy and the second time I stayed here the first time the carpet upstairs was filthy as well. I was in room 220 I took video and pictures it was disgusting. Also the beds are very hard.

Disliked: Beds are extra firm. Rooms are absolutely disgusting. The first room we tried had a broken handle and the staff member working the front desk was about to go and open the door for us because "he knows the hotel" but then we would honestly have to go get a staff member to open the door every time because the door handle on the outside is broken. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The shower had all sorts of stains. The floor had stains like it was flooded at some point. The AC vent had mold.

Liked: Welcoming staff, very comfortable beds, decent breakfast
Disliked: Very noisy location . Windows had a single pane of glass so no cushioning the sound. Elevator rang every time someone arrived at the floor .Bathtub enamel very damaged… bathrooms could use remodeling
