Horrible rooms

The experience at the hotel
Liked: Excellent service of the FOH personnel.
Disliked: The room needs maintenance, on my room was very clear a leak from the roof and was previously patched, but either way was "snowing" particle to the bead from the ceiling. Adicional shower head was clogged and the water don't run correctly and lot of equipment doesn't work porpertly and force yourself to unplug the clock to connect the phone charger. The toilet has a continuous water leak on the floor, and i make the alert becasue its clear the lack of procedures on the daily rooms inspections and communication between HK and engineering. Discrepancy on the experience on the room, all the lights bulbs some yellows other whites, having a missmatch condition plus to dark.Elevator Out of service for more of 3 day and force to walk for the other side of the property for use a secondary elevator. But once the fix it was clear missing maintenance. The second elevator on the same area never work on my time.Executive saloon on the 6th floor need more attention from the team members its no a clear way to seat down and have a clean table seat space, looks like don't have a fix personnel to clean the area or have some designated area for self service after finish your meal.Be prepared to be charged after you left the property because the "forgot" something, and they don't have a correct procedure for work this issues, just "knock the door and say hi", as a company you have SOP to work with situations like this. They use the card information to subsane they error apologizing with the excuse of they was full with over 120 Check out, when i was the onlyone at the lobby at that moment, no rush or pressure. This is causing a lack of confidence and transparency on the management of the credit card information and the correct use of all the data.
