I will never use this...

Liked: One of the evenings I was staying there I was to attend a cocktail party and high-level dinner. I had approximately $40,000 worth of jewelry with me. There was no safe in the room, so I went to the front desk. They told me they had no safe there, and that there should be one in my room. I returned to my room and called the front desk and told them there was no safe. They promised immediately install one. In short, no safe was ever installed. I carried my jewelry around with me for every event that I went to because of this.Additionally, even though I was there for three nights, maid Service never came to my room. The bed was never made, the towels were never changed, etc.. Needless to say, I will never stay with this provider again.

Disliked: I got there late at night, and they would not let me check in with my son because for some reason booking.com did not give them a digital card?! The lady at the front was rude and made it sound like it was my responsibility to figure this out cuz she called a couple of times and got no one. I will never use booking.com again either!

Pleasant stay with few problems

Liked: Clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel restaurant served good food. Loved the fact they had a laundry room. Corner store next door was very nice as well. The girls liked the amount of pillows to play with.
Disliked: Although they listed the pool as open year round, it was closed. The hotel was worn down and needs some renovation. Elevators were small. Our room didn’t have 4 towels…only 2. Finally, their business center was out in the open lobby and that meant I could not use it.

Disliked: The carpets need to go make the floors just like the bathroom cleaning made easy and better for guest no smell of yuck... Hallways and elevators need attention .
