Liked: Michael was exceptional! Melvia too. Great location for visiting Memphis and our daughter who is a student at Christian Brothers university
Disliked: Never seemed to get enough towels without multiple requests.

This is the best Holiday...

Liked: I believe this was probably the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. I was highly impressed with everything. the Staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and safe, the breakfast and dinners were top notch. if ever in Memphis again I will definitely plan on staying here.
Disliked: There is nothing I can think of that i would change.

Liked: The room was very well kept and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room ac/heat did not work properly. Even when it was switched t pl off it attempted to run all night.

Disliked: Staff were very rude, room was not ready until midnight and we were rushed out of our room without being in it for the proper allocated amount of time. Then the staff member proceeded to argue about my card already being charged, and tried to charge it twice.

An excellent friendly place to...

Liked: Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I could not have been more pleased with the way I was greeted, and anything I needed was taken care of promptly. I liked the spacious room with an extra space and plenty of desk room for work. Nice hot shower with great water pressure.
Disliked: I was surprised that none of the restaurants were open on Sunday evening. And because the hotel is not in easy walking distance from shops and places to eat (about a 20 minute walk) I ended up ordering on Ubereats. There's nothing really wrong with that, but I wish I had known about it and I would have preferred a nice sit-down meal at the hotel.
