Liked: I didnt get to see but front lobby. They wouldn't let us check in without our card.
Disliked: Didnt like management.

Infuriating!!!

Disliked: We were not allowed to check in until 9:30 that night. The same was true for about 30 other travelers. We all had to find other accommodations to dress for the evening, loading and unloading bags an extra time.

Liked: Michael was exceptional! Melvia too. Great location for visiting Memphis and our daughter who is a student at Christian Brothers university
Disliked: Never seemed to get enough towels without multiple requests.

The staff is always so...

Liked: Building memories at the University of Memphis.

This is the best Holiday...

Liked: I believe this was probably the nicest Holiday Inn I've ever stayed at. I was highly impressed with everything. the Staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and safe, the breakfast and dinners were top notch. if ever in Memphis again I will definitely plan on staying here.
Disliked: There is nothing I can think of that i would change.

Overall, it was a decent...

Liked: The room was very well kept and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The room ac/heat did not work properly. Even when it was switched t pl off it attempted to run all night.
