Was surprised there wasn't a fridge in the room. The room was comfortable and made for a great trip.
Liked: Staff was polite and helpful.
Disliked: Ice machine on floor was broken.

Fridge and in-room safe would have been nice; wait staff in bar/restaurant could have been better.
Liked: Clean room and linens; hotel staff very nice; price about average for similar hotels; walking distance to theater.

Arrived to be told there...
Liked: Arrived to be told there was no aircon, room was 90 degrees with 3 fans going the whole stay and aircon was never fixed. No toiletries, some rubbish from previous guests still in room, horrible smell in hallways. Staff were lovely but would never stay here again.

Bad
Liked: There was a leak in the toilet. There was also no AC in my room. I had to have a box van. Also, there was no breakfast as promised. The elevator was down most of the time I was there and I’m disabled and I was on the 10th floor. And the general manager refused to do anything about it so I will definitely be escalating the situation to upper management and incorporate.
Disliked: The staff was very friendly

Liked: It was hot! AC wasn't working in none of the rooms. Light wasn't completely working they were using back up lights. Elevator was working completely right it was terrible.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The location didn’t have any air conditioning in the building , the elevators was down and they charged us for valet when we was parking and getting our car ourselves.

AC broken for months, poorly...
Disliked: Rooms had no AC and for some reason during March the rooms were hot. This was disclosed up front, but was not mentioned on the booking.com listing. Apparently the problem has been present for months and remais unaddressed. The elevator doors took no less than 20 seconds to close EVERY SINGLE time. So few people were in the hotel that the cook took orders for individual patrons except for one day of my stay when one of the ladies told me I needed a breakfast ticket, which I hadn't on the precious 2 days. The front desk staff on day 2 didn't have record of my stay from the previous night. The whole thing felt like a business front. Everyone was walking around looking at each other like they all knew something was wrong. A very bizarre human experience all around.

Very poor
Disliked: No AC in the rooms, and the one working elevator barely had light. We paid booking.com $166.83, but the hotel charged us $192.21 on top of that, and still has not refunded us the money.

Stay away it should not...
Liked: The location
Disliked: Air conditioning not working,2 of the 3 lifts not working the one that did work, the lights in the lift did not work, had to use the tourch on phone to see the buttons, WiFi did not work in the room, in the lobby it was fine.We asked and were told it’s hit and miss on the 4th floor.We went down for breakfast and were told no breakfast today as the Chief did not turn up, no hot water in the sink tap.And no manager anywhere to be seen,We were told the Manager would be in touch but no.Stay away from this hotel.its a total joke. But staff were very friendly and apologised for the poor state of the hotel.

Liked: Nothing as the hotel was closed when we arrived and I still haven't received a refund
Disliked: Wouldn't know as they had closed the hotel without informing us and we turned up at midnight and had to try and find another hotel, still haven't had a refund after numerous emails to both the hotel and booking.com
