Liked: Excellent late check in staff. Could not have been more helpful. 10/10 for him. The man who checked me in has a lovely professional can do attitude and makes a good advert for the Brand Check out staff very efficient and polite.
Disliked: A little scruffy in reception. And tired in the bathroom in the room Needs a proper shower with door not curtain and maybe some biscuits with the Tea !

Excellent location and great service.

Liked: All went well - the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, check in and out procedures, room facilities, and breakfast (good variety and enough for our needs - Sonica made sure we were well looked after and she did that for all those coming to breakfast). We will continue to use Holiday Inn at Tullamarine airport as it works well for us.
Disliked: I think the rooms are getting a bit dated and this will affect their desiability when compared with the current and new competition. So, I suggest a program of updating them could be worthwhile.

Liked: Great location and the reception staff were great. Good size room and very comfortable bed.
Disliked: Room service order was incorrect and far too expensive for what we got.
