Ok experience

Liked: Staff is nice and breakfast is good.
Disliked: Corridors are dark, there were stains on the carpet in my room, the ice machines had no ice for days (this issue was not resolved even though many guests complained about it). The elevator is old and has not received much maintenance (it is slow and makes loud noises when operating). Paint from the stairs is peeling off, they have not received maintenance.

Excellent option for people that...

Liked: Staff service was great and very practical. The place was clean and excellent breakfast options. Recommended for people that need to stay near the main McAllen area.
Disliked: I needed some Kleenex and the box had like 5 tissues, when I asked for more to the recepcionist they told me I have to wait until the next morning. But that was all, everything was OK.
