It’s ok - the service...

Liked: The location and gym were great. The chef was excellent (if you manage to find someone to take your order).
Disliked: The place is deserted. The reception is empty, the bar is empty, the open foyer area is empty of staff. I found myself always wandering around looking for staff. Waiting at the bar, I overheard another group complaining, why don’t they ever have any service.

Liked: The hotel is nearby the railway station, the food and rooms were perfect, can't complain about anything!

Perfect stay near Mannheim HBF!

Liked: The hotel location is superb with a direct entry to the Mannheim Hbf South entrance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and very well maintained. The rooms are sound proof and you don't hear the disturbance due to the station in vicinity. The reception and dining area is spacious as well with good aesthetics.The breakfast spread was vast and they baked gluten free breads on demand, due to my gluten intolerance. They had a good combination of cold cuts and warm servings.
Disliked: Some of the staff members felt a bit naive and not friendly. Something to improve in an otherwise excellent stay.
