Superb

Liked: Everything was superb.
Disliked: Same tongs were getting used for vegetarian and bacon. I didn't like it at all as I don't eat non halal food.

Great value for money. Wish...

Liked: Food was really lovely. Nice and clean. Room had everything you needed. Reception staff really helpful and polite. Breakfast itself as well as the facilities were spotless and modern
Disliked: Upstairs was extremely noisy. Woke my partner up at 5am and woke us up in the early morning too (a child night away we were hoping for a relaxing sleep in). Sounded like they were coming through the roof. Appreciate staff can not help with what time residents are up and the noise etc.

Brilliant

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean and bright. The manager ordered us a taxi in the evening, very accommodating.
Disliked: The mattress was quite hard but that's personal preference.

Liked: Breakfast was good
Disliked: The staff were very odd, didn't really interact, didn't really welcome you or advise you of where the room was, what breakfast options. I know some people don't want to communicate but this has to be the strangest hotel I've stayed at for non staff interaction.
