Disliked: Room was situated only a few feet from main railway line and scrapyard which kicked into life at 8am.

Liked: Very friendly staff when we arrived made us feel very comfortable
Disliked: The only criticism we have is at breakfast no cutlery no orange juice no coffee cups we had to ask for it but as soon as we did it was all sorted

Great staff, fab hotel!

Liked: Fabulous staff, really took care of me and were outstanding in both professionalism and friendliness. Unfortunately I required an ambulance during my stay and the staff were very attentive and very sympathetic, assisting me in every way they could. I was quite blown away by the level of hospitality, they are genuinely lovely people. Katie at the front desk was particularly awesome, and her colleagues too!The room itself was great, very comfy bed, quiet, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was lovely, they even have vegan/veggie options available.
Disliked: That I had to go home :(
