A convenient place to stay...

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast, ease of check in and check out.
Disliked: Our curtains were hanging off the rail. The bed was too firm for me and I did not sleep well. The room service we ordered at 5pm was not collected and so we had a horrid food smell all night. We were not told what to do with the tray and others who had placed theirs outside in the corridor, was not collected either.

Liked: Good access into Manchester. Bedroom was fine apart from having no USB sockets and a broken reading light by the bed. Air conditioning seemed to be set centrally so could not adjust it in the room.
Disliked: The breakfast. Very expensive and everything had been cooked a long time before we got to eat it.Coffee was terrible and there was no milk. The bread had to be asked for as well as plates. Eaten better breakfast for a lot less money.
