Liked: Great location with tram stop close by. Room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best night sleep I had during my week of travelling. That can be said for the staff too, very polite and courteous.. Would stay here again.
Disliked: £50 security deposit. Was returned a few hours after checkout though.

Liked: Great location, close to local attractions, restaurants and bars. Rooms were spacious and spotless, breakfast good. The staff exceeded my expectations from check in to check out, especially Sarah E and Ovi, we will definitely return, thank you.
Disliked: a complimentary bottle of water would have been a nice touch

Liked: Really friendly reception staff; bath available and tea/coffee facilities in bedroom and great views from room
Disliked: No plug or charging points down one side of double bed- not acceptable for a premium room in these times; one bedside light not working; young trainee bar staff member very miserable and sultry looking- not great in hospitality (maybe she was just having a bad day!)
