Really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. Our room was done up lovely for Valentine celebrations. Location was ideal for our one night stay. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel was very nice; staff was friendly and very helpful; room had all you need for a great stay and breakfast was very good, with great choices.

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: Quilt on bed could have been bigger for size of bed.

Kind and really welcoming staff who make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable - always there to attend you in the best way possible. Also a great location.

Liked: Kind, well mannered and highly friendly staff.
Disliked: My room was to close to some kind of device/machine - too noisy in the night to let me get a proper sleep.

Disliked: The lock on my door was broken which I didn’t discover until I went to lock it just before bed. Not great for a solo female traveller. The room could have been cleaner especially the tray with the tea and coffee on.

Liked: The location of the Hotel was great, we travelled by train into Manchester Piccadilly.The Hotel was very comfortable & warm, & the rooms were lovely & clean.The Breakfast was lovely, & so much choice.The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: We were disappointed about the length of time we waited to access our room.We arrived about 12.15pm & left our luggage at reception & was asked to come back at 3pm to check in.We did in fact get back at 4pm & the room was still not ready. We were given a free drinks voucher and asked to wait in the Bar area & someone would be over when the room was ready. We sat till nearly 5pm & went back to reception when they said the room was now ready. We had to cancel our pre show Dinner as we didn't have enough time before the show which was disappointing. When we came out from our show it was too late for a restaurant meal, so had to settle for fast food. The staff did apologise & gave us late check out on the Saturday, but said they couldn't give us a discount because we had booked with Booking.com. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.
