Hotel was very nice; staff was friendly and very helpful; room had all you need for a great stay and breakfast was very good, with great choices.

Liked: Comfortable bed and clean room.
Disliked: Quilt on bed could have been bigger for size of bed.

Kind and really welcoming staff who make your stay more enjoyable and comfortable - always there to attend you in the best way possible. Also a great location.

Disliked: My room was to close to some kind of device/machine - too noisy in the night to let me get a proper sleep.

A good place to stay...

Liked: Overall a good experienceBreakfast was good and in large variety, however the staff was rather inflexible in terms of seating us only at a certain table- although there were many other free tables.Location is very good, very central and close to the Piccaddily station (we walked to/from the hotel)Reception staff was very nice, ready to provide all information. We asked for a quiet room (no traffic noise) and it was indeed.
Disliked: Pillows were very uncomfortable for usRoom size quite small
