Disliked: 4hour wait for our room to be set up for 3 after a long day travelling

Liked: This is my second time staying at this hotel. No complaints, thoroughly recommended and would be very happy to stay again.

Nonsense

Disliked: Although I’ve chosen twin bed when booking, my room only had two single bed. Completely nonsense for me and never ever stay anymore.

Disliked: paid for bed breakfast and evening meal, it was stated a 3 course meal would be provided, but a voucher was given which barely covered a two course meal, the meal was very basic and cold definitely not worth bothering with it again

Enjoyable overnight stay before early...

Liked: Close to terminal 2 Manchester airport. We were given a free upgrade. We enjoyed the food in the Turkish restaurant Staff friendly Clean everywhere

Disliked: IHG needs to do something to prevent confusion between its Holiday Inn Manchester Airport in the US and this Holiday Inn at Manchester Airport UK. My wife had checked facilities online and read that rooms had microwaves and mini refrigerators. What she didn't realise was she was reading the information for the Holiday Inn at Manchester Airport in the United States. As a result, we had two wasted microwave meals!
