The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. The employees were friendly and helpful for any of my needs.

From the minute we walked in the door to the minute we left, the staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and most of all comfortable, like home. Anytime that we go into the city for events we will definitely stay here again.

Liked: The front desk staff was very friendly to me and my guests. My card to my room was messed up and they helped fix it immediately without worry even though it was later in the night! Would recommend this place to anyone traveling to D.C or NOVA area. It’s about 15-20 from Vienna metro station which makes going into D.C even easier

Excellent stay and relative value

Liked: Very clean, Staff courtesy excellent. Overall well maintained building and inside. Rooms maintained very well. Comfortable.
Disliked: More outside parking lot night lighting needed for security and relative safety. Did not have continental breakfast option when I was there.

Liked: I liked the fact that it was pretty close to the airport and to the Vienna Metro Station , the staff at the front desk were pretty friendly, the room was a little outdated but clean.
