Liked: Everything! Lovely friendly staff throughout the hotel, nice swimming pool/steam room and breakfast was lovely with lots of choice!
Disliked: Bathroom could do with updating but didn't effect our stay at all.

Good location, spoilt by tired...

Liked: The staff are always lovely and super helpful at this hotel.
Disliked: The main areas are clean and modern, but the rooms and bathrooms are beyond tired, have years of grime around the edges of the bathroom / bath / basin / loo. It doesn't make me want to consider returning. The chairs in the room were grubby, and had 'home made' looking bits of material sown together draped over the arms where it was worn through and dirty underneath.

Exceptional

Liked: This hotel is the best Holiday inn I've stayed at. They are friendly and can not do enough. The food was excellent and the room was very clean the beds were comfortable and it was a lovely stay.

Disliked: Room was cold with just an oil filled radiator for heating, not very satisfactory.

Liked: Perfect family hotel, family room is spacious, clean, comfy and shower is hot! Swimming great, location good for exploring and nice country pubs nearby.
Disliked: No lift
