Disliked: The bathroom needed to be updated. The tub/shower leaks/leaked so there was dark stains (mold?) on the wall. The front of the counter was coming off and being held on by a screw. The carpet in the hallways was coming loose and very wrinkled. Getting a subpar room seems to be the normal when going through Booking.com. It seems as the hotels aren't thrilled with people using this app. Not Booking.com's fault but definitely an "issue" with the hotel staff. Have heard "you used a third party" many times.

Liked: The room was a nice size and the staff was responsive to problems. Room was clean.
Disliked: TV didn’t work. Ended up being a sensor issue that someone had to come to our room to fix. Pretty disruptive. Air conditioner made a horrible noise so sleep was impossible. You would think for the price they would at least include actual cups and glasses and a microwave. Not even a continental breakfast. 15.00 a person for breakfast is ridiculous. Hotel is far away from any stores or restaurants.
