Disappointing

Liked: Huge room.
Disliked: The refrigerator was making a horrible noise the whole time. Expensive food, small portions. The taste was mediocre. All staff were late to their post, ie bar, and kitchen.

There should be more diligence...

Liked: Megni and Daniel did a phenomenal job, but the young man who works the front (Tony or Mark) he gave me two names was a lot to deal with. He needs to be coached how to true his guests. I know Georgia is the south and I am from Georgia but reframe from calling your guests baby or sweetie. I highly recommend that for the future. The room we were in originally had water left in the tub and a broken knob on the bathroom door. They did move our room and took $15 off our bill. There were things that they could do better. Being more diligent with the up keep of the rooms is definitely one. Holiday Inn is not really considered a low budget hotel but that one could put a bad taste in your mouth.

Liked: The staff was very friendly.
Disliked: The pool was closed. We were first sent to a room that was dirty but they gave us another room. After being in the second room for a bit we realized the ac was not working. So we were moved again back to the original room we were sent to, but it had been cleaned. The staff was great but the facilities need some work.

Liked: When they told my wife there was a continental breakfast we didn’t expect to have to pay $10.00 for it. We didn’t know there was operating train track 60 feet from our room.
Disliked: Transparent. Every thing up front
