Liked: breakfast was good
Disliked: We checked in stayed the night and was told the next morning that we were listed as a no show, they rerun my credit card and said the problem was fix. I spent the day at a business meeting and when i arrive back at the hotel for my second night stay we were locked out of our room and told that there was no record of our reservation. they ended up letting us stay and when i went to take a shower there was no hot water for at least 2-3 hours. It just seem like one problem after another. this is the short version.

Passable

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: My room Unit didn’t work and by the time i figured that out, it was too late to move rooms because my family was sleeping other than that my stay was ok

Always went through booking .com...

Liked: Everything was fine about property
Disliked: When we checked in at the front desk the computer system was not working and it was a very long wait. Then when I arrived home checked my account and was charged twice. Booking. Com is making it very hard to be refunded.

Okay, but I wouldn't stay...

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants. There were fast food and sit-down restaurants in close proximity. The hotel also had adequate parking for guests. Breakfast was offered, but I did not have any, so I cannot comment on the quality or taste.
Disliked: The receptionist was not pleasant at all. She did not greet me when I entered. I walked to the desk, and she stood there staring at me as if to say, "What do you want?" I had a question about my booking, and she retrieved a co-worker. He also came up and was not very pleasant either; I think he was the manager. He didn't bother to introduce himself, so I'm not sure. Based on his interactions with the receptionist, I believe this is a family-owned operation. My only friendly interaction was with a young woman sitting at the desk when we checked out. The hotel is under construction, so it smelled of paint and other scents I couldn't quite identify. When we walked down the hall, several room number placards were on the floor as if they'd fallen off. The room was old but renovated. The bathroom had Dove products for shampoo, conditioner, bath, and hand soap. I've stayed at much nicer Holiday Inns before.
