Liked: Nice clean place to stay as we come down for the mid America truck show. Will be back again next year
Disliked: Wish you had a hot tub. Also $15 for breakfast is pretty steep. Especially since I was told it’s normally free but since the truck show was going on it’s a pay breakfast

Perfect stay every time!

Liked: I can’t say enough good things about HolidayInn Louisville East Hurstbourne by IGA. We stay every year when we attend the truck show. Rooms are always clean, smell good, and suitable for us . The staff is amazing! One highlight is we don’t have to leave to go eat a good, classy meal. You don’t have to drink to get a good meal . The bar and kitchen is open until 10pm. We almost always eat breakfast and dinner there. The bartender and waitress Jacqueline goes above and beyond . Elevators are always in working order. I can’t find one negative thing to say about the facility or the employees.

Liked: Beds were great. Shower was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was laughable. Having to pay extra for it and having it be a poor continental. A lot of stuff was out. The bacon and sausage looked under cooked. The housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:50am to ask when we were leaving, because check out was at 9. This is not the case and check out was at 11am. The front desk could only ask if they had a name tag on.

Exceptional

Disliked: Toilet paper holder coming off the roll. It had a handicapped shower and chair, But no handicapped rail by the Toilet. Several hallway doors not handicapped accessible.

Disliked: Couldn't tell who staff was. They were is sweatshirt and smelled like weed.
