Lovely downtown room at a...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent, close to all downtown attractions. The room and bathroom was clean, comfortable, and just wonderful. Great bed and linens, nice and quiet. We got a great night's sleep. It's a great value for a downtown hotel.
Disliked: Paying extra for parking, but we expected this from other reviews. Luckily there was ample space just behind the building.

Great location for the money,...

Disliked: Noisy folks next door and in the hallway.

Liked: Great location for what we wanted to do in the coty.
Disliked: Didn't realize breakfast wasn't included, it was a little expensive for what it was, our fault for not paying attention.

Stay somewhere else

Liked: Not a lot. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: The grounds outside were not clean. The room had trash in it & I don't mean in the can like it got missed being taken out. I found a water bottle under the A/C. I found receipts balled up behind the stand under the TV. I found a pair of socks. The shower was luke warm not hot. The lights didn't have switches on the wall they had buttons on the lights. I even got a scrape on my wrist from a picture that was under the light by the bed a tight fit to get to the switch. At front desk I saw a sign that explains a $17 per night parking fee is not included in the room rate; Ok so I park myself not valet and have a charge what a rip off. Breakfast apparently was not part of the room rate as well. The $100 deposit on a card was a shock as well being as I'm used to $50 or even $75. Didn't have a remote for the TV so didn't get to use it as it had no buttons at all on it so unusable with out the remote.
