Could not wait to leave...

Liked: For a full service hotel we paid for parking in their 15 slot area for a 5 floor hotel, the hotel smelled of cooking grease from the grill in the basement cafe, no bright lights anywhere in the room, no pool, no area information in the room but was dug up out of a box when asked about the information, extremely small and hard to maneuver gondola, had to ask for housekeeping one our third day because we had the sign to skip it on day 2, no covered entrance to unload/load luggage in the rain, shall I go on?…. I will NEVER stay at Holiday Inn again. It being the base and bigger than Holiday Inn Express, everything is better there. We were even treated better at the Ramada Inn we stayed at on our 13 hour trip up to Louisville.

We had the best time...

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. And the server was a very friendly and polite young man.
Disliked: We had a room that faced the busy street, an it was very noise into the night. If we go again I will request a room on the back of the hotel.

Liked: The hotel was located downtown near the event that we were attending so it made it easy for us to get there on time.
Disliked: The only thing that I didn't particularly care for is having to pay to park.

Liked: The bar staff was about the only friendly people in the building.
