Could have been better.

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located downtown. The staff was pleasant. Keniesha was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean overall.
Disliked: The room was an ADA room, which isn't what I booked. The floor was dirty and sticky in the bathroom and there was hair in the tub. The handle on the toilet wasn't attached so we had to fix that. The room looks like it was halfway remodeled. The window shade was messed up as well, but we were able to work with it. We also had big dark stains on our top sheet - why it wasn't discarded I don't know. We got a new one from the Front desk. It makes me sad that it was an ADA room and in that condition.
