It was a nice hotel, moderately priced and only 10 minutes from Expo5 venue. I did call for an early check in time using the number listed on the website, 877 -xxx-xxxx - spoke to someone I thought was at the hotel and requested an early check in. I was told someone would call me when our room was ready the following day. We arrived the follwong day and realized I had made the reservation for the wrong day. I get the error was mine, but when I spoke to the phone rep she confirmed that my reservation was for the day I said, not what the actual reservation was for. Luckily the staff at the hotel was helpful and got us a room with in 15-20 minutes.

Liked: Close to venue; clean; very nice staff.
Disliked: Poor vending selection.

Liked: We were missing our internet cable for the TV. Also didn't realize we would be paying for a regular hotel breakfast that is the same foods at free breakfast. Especially for spending as much as I did for the stay. It was clean and had a very convenient location for the Expo center I'm Louisville, but it also is an outdated holiday Inn.

Disliked: Booked two beds per room but only had one. After some discussion got a roll out bed. They did change room 2nd night.Don’t sell detergent have quarters for laundry Key card hardly worked

Not worth the money!

Liked: Place was worn especially for the money. I would of stayed at the Hyatt for an over all nicer place and experience but canceled due to this one being closer to event. Parking lot was small and full along with rooms being worn and not very clean. Also needed updated! Breakfast was fair but at a price of 14 dollars it was a bit expensive for some microwaved eggs that usually are free with most stays. Not a fan of my stay and was very disappointed with my room for the money when I could of stayed for the same money at a nicer place. Not a 3 star and up rating compared to the Hyatt like this website says.
