It was a nice hotel, moderately priced and only 10 minutes from Expo5 venue. I did call for an early check in time using the number listed on the website, 877 -xxx-xxxx - spoke to someone I thought was at the hotel and requested an early check in. I was told someone would call me when our room was ready the following day. We arrived the follwong day and realized I had made the reservation for the wrong day. I get the error was mine, but when I spoke to the phone rep she confirmed that my reservation was for the day I said, not what the actual reservation was for. Luckily the staff at the hotel was helpful and got us a room with in 15-20 minutes.

Liked: Close to venue; clean; very nice staff.
Disliked: Poor vending selection.

Liked: Everything was clean and the staff were super nice! We enjoyed our visit and will recommend to others.

Won't stay there next trip

Liked: Location was ok
Disliked: Eggs and sausage were cold couldn't find any worker's Carpet was filthy. Night lights only had 1 bulb with a open socket. Nice hazard for a child to put a finger in.

Liked: What breakfast? They charged $13 for nothing. No way I’m paying that for processed dog meat.And there were no refreshments to buy for the room. Not even a soda. Ice Machine was on second floor for some reason, not on every floor or even main floor. Room wasn’t very clean, but not horrid.
Disliked: Basically everything

For the price and length...

Liked: Location is easy to find and the complimentary breakfast is just what you need.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was a completely missing component. Television didn’t work.
